hey guys

we found this site looking for inks to screenprint veneer

we have a deck press and screenprinting setup in australia

we are currently printing the veneer flat and then pressing the decks

we have printed these decks in water base fabric ink

we are going to revamp our deck printing setup

as we had some problems with the inks,

we are going to get get some new equipment made and start again fresh

from all of the tests we have done we will be using enamal inks print our

decks


sorry can't seen to get the images up into the post

but we will work it out


printed using fabric inks

How's that working for you screening the flat veneers?

Do you lay some kind of slip-sheet down to preserve the image?

What about cutting/routing? Does the image stay clean? Looks like it does in the pics.

YEAH YOU GOT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!


The sheets are sealed with a clear coat before pressing the veneers

and in the press we have plastic between the decks when pressed

Lookin good. Try www.nazdar.com . 2700 series high gloss, waterbase acrylic screening ink. Works great. Easy cleanup. No dead animals out back

We live in a place called Coffs Harbour its on the east coast 4 hours from brisbane in the north five hours from Sydney in the south

we also have a screenprinting business in the same factory

as our press that helps!

we do tee-shirts and stickers etc

and we like a drink at night after work............or three
