The absolute most versatile food on the planet. Everybody's got a recipe, so, let's hear 'em!
Midway Inlet BBQ Shrimp
4 lbs large shrimp. Peels on, heads OFF.
2 lemons, sliced into rounds.
2 sticks salted butter, sliced into 1/2 inch squares.
1 16 oz. bottle of Moore's/Dale's/or Pilliterri's Marinade.
(You may have to order one of these off of the internet, as they may not be available nationwide. Also, these marinades are so stunningly similar, that it really dosen't matter which one you use. Personally, I like the Pilliterri's, just because it's a tad less salty.)
1 large loaf of French or Italian bread.
Place all of the shrimp in a large pyrex casserole. Add the marinade. Scatter the butter about the top of the shrimp. place 1/2 of the lemon rounds across the top as well. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove. Stir. Apply the second half of the lemons. Return to oven for additonal 10 minutes. Remove to stove top.
Remove the shrimp from the casserole with a slotted spoon. Place in a large bowl. Pour gravy from casserole into a seperate bowl for dipping.
Open a High Life tallboy. Grab a stack of napkins & get to work!
Edit: Here is a place where you can order Dale's Marinade.

Scrape out the brown line into a small bowl.
Stir, and eat. |

Get a big bag of large shrimp unpeeled.
Season with lots of Old Bay seasoning.
Steam them in a large pot using beer.
Dump em in a large bowl, sit on the patio with some bros and beers, peel and eat.
Very messy but good. |

Lets see get some large shrimp, montery jack cheese, jalapeno slices, and bacon. Wrap the cheese and jalepeno around the shrimp with the bacon, and stick it with a toothpick to hold it. Grill it until the shrimp is pink and the bacon is done, not crispy but cooked, and enjoy. |
