This is kind of crazy, but has been a family fav. at all holidays since I was a kid. Fuckin' a right- now all my homies want the shit too:

Need: 9x13 glass, 2 cups pretzels, 1 CUP + 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar, 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 x 8oz Cream Cheese, 1 egg, 8 oz Cool Whip, A squeeze of Lemon and/or lime juice. 1 x 20 oz frozen sweetened Strawberries, 1 package Strawberry Jello - DO NOT SUBSTITUTE! Many have tried to make healthy or speed up, it doesn't work - just change fruit or jello - but why? Strawberries are the best.

Crush the Pretzels - I prefer 'em chunky. Add the Powdered Sugar and the melted butter and mix it all together. Press into the 9 x 13 glass and bake apx 12 minutes - not really longer than 15 @ 350 degrees. Let is cool COMPLETEY - this must be done.

In a separate bowl: Take the real Cream Cheese, the 1 CUP powdered Sugar, 1 Egg, the whole thing of Cool Whip and the lime juice - mix until smooth.

Spread over the COOLED pretzels and let set in the fridge - for HOURS - like 3 or more. IF the pretzels aren't cooled and the Cream Cheese doesn't set, if all fucks up every which way.

Mix up your jello - 2 cups of boiling water and stir vigorously (If you don't know) for a few minutes. Add the Strawberries to the HOT JELLO.

Let the jello set alone for apx. 2 hours until it starts to thicken.

Spoon onto the Cream Chees mix and set AGAIN. Yes it takes time, but do it the night before a party, so the layers are all set.

ENJOY!

This shit is now the request at all sorts of parties, and at home for the holidays. It's not as hard as it sounds...
