Hey there I just came to this wild idea that might or might not work. ( I dunno im not captian screenprinter). SO, you burn your image straight to the silk screen fabric...no frame attached. And then, using that pliable fabric. Take the screen and then pull it tight over the part of the skateboard that you want to print, then either tape it tight along the top side of the board or pin it to something. It seems to me that it would provide a good transfer seeing that it would be conformed to the excact shape of the skateboard. But could thiis also at the same time hurt the screen. It's worht a shot if you are only using a little square of fabric. Hmmmm... |

Sorry to burst your idea, but there's no way in hell that'd work. The mesh has to be stretches very tight. You would have a giant ink blob on the bottom of your deck if you tried that. |
