For this recipe, you will need the following.
Chicken legs & thighs. (cheap & good)
Goya Mojo Criollo
Fresh garlic (minced)
Olive oil
1 lime, sliced into rounds
Sriracha Chili paste.
A grill.
Combine chicken, Mojo, lime rounds, 1.5 tbsp chili paste, minced garlic & a good splash of olive oil in zip-safe plastic bags and let marinate overnight.
Fire up the grill. You're looking for medium/medium high heat. If you can hold your hand a few inches from the coals & count to five at a regular pace, you are golden. Grill chicken. You all know how top grill chicken, right? The bone-in stuff takes longer than those boneless, skinless, flavorless breasts. When the chicken is done, take it off the grill, stand in the kitchen, drink beer out of cans, & eat. Hanging out with Mike Carpri is optional. Enjoy! |

It is a marinade. Made with oranges, garlic, lemons & onions. Good stuff. Amor is correct, check near the salsas. |

@Zodiac
What is "mole" (mol-ay?) used for? I see it over there all the time. Looks like some kinda paste stuff.

It's a sauce with a whole shitload of ingredients, mainly dried and crushed peppers, with a bit of chocolate thrown in for good measure. |

Correct again. But, don't let the inclusion of chocolate spook you. It's not super noticeable. It adds more to the consistency than the flavor.
The Chicken con Mole at El Cazador is especially tasty. |

mole rocks. and rules.
if you're the REAL shit, you can concoct a homemade version
of the Goya marinade - yet it is pretty good and easier.
good idea 4 tonight - bravo z13 ! |
