So I have this frame set-up that hast the four sides taken apart. Then they lock together and there's a string that goes in a groove that holds them all together.
What I was thinking originally was that the screen goes in the groove as well, kind of like your screens over your windows, but that makes it really hard to get a good stretch.
How do you stretch your screens? Staples? Tape? Both? Someone else does it, it's too much of a pain?

if it is a wooden frame, put it together, staple the mesh past the out side perimeter of the groove (keep the mesh fairly tight with the weaves of the mesh running as straight as possible). next, force the string into the groove, (be careful not to puncture the mesh) the string is what will make the mesh taught enough enough to print with. |
