Just wondering what the rest of you guys like to serve whenever you want to host a nice black tie dinner party during the holidays. Mine are:
1. Baked Brie en Croute
2. Norwegian Smoked Salmon (cream cheese, capers, red onions, chopped eggs and fresh breads)
3.Pate di Viande et Foie en Croute (loaf veal, pork and chicken livers blended with brandy and baked in pastry)

Well maybe the fiesta dip is not for dinner parties but great for football games with a few friends and some cold beer. |
