I had a set of those trucks in the 80's...grind right off the edge of mini-ramps...skated street with 'em and bent the roller on my first ollie-axel...duh!

So how do they turn? Sounds like they might not be such a good truck.

Z-rollers are nice trucks, they turn nicely and are a quality product. Having said that the are a bit on the suicidal side if you are skating big vert. I threw some on a deck of mine and hit the transition on the other sides, up the vert, locked onto the coping (so I thought) and slid the full 20 feet off off the 10 footer (should have bailed) and landed over the fence and on the concrete with a loud thud, 42 stitches later I can say they are the ultimate in grinding technology.

Slappy grinds...

Where do you get those trucks? Haven't seen a set since 1986.

Z-rollers are like goddamn banana peels. I nearly died on the first grind I tried with them. Never again!
