I would think plastisols would be the one to use. How do they make ink puffy? Thats what my printer done to my hats. |

There is an additive that you can buy to make your ink puffy. It's called Puff Additive(go figure). You just stir some into the ink your using and when you cure it.... Poof!
I think you can still buy pre-mixed puff ink too. |
