I went last night to the Deckarama Art Show. I was held at a local comminity college near me.

http://www.caliskatz.com/v4/news/deckarama.asp

It was pretty cool seeing some of the old school decks Jim and Jimbo Phillips designed. I was very surprised to not see many decks like a Slasher or Jessee Neptune. I talked to Jim Phillips for a little while and he told he just doesnt have those anymore in his collection. He had a pile of his decks in his garage but sold them like 10 years ago not thinking they would be worth anything.

I took some pics of the show for your enjoyment. (some turned out better than others)

great pics.
I'm curious, someone said awhile back that Phillips was getting dicked by SC in regards to the reissues. You'd think that if that was true, he wouldn't want to display any at a show(roskoppp 1 & grosso).

At any rate, I wish I was there.
