... last night i snuck in my new reese simpson. the wife was in the loungeroom watching telly. i snuck it into the stack of decks under the bed. then went back and slammed the front door and yelled 'hi honey. im home' and went and said hi. so in theory it was all cool. she was none the wiser. deck in stack under bed. wife didnt see/hear a thing.
until this morning... she glances briefly at the deck pile, points at the edge of the reese poking out from the middle of the stack and says "that wasnt there yesterday..." hmmmmmmmmm.
whats she gonna do when the howell arrives? and she sees how much i blew on that deck?!?!?! i sense trouble in paradise. |

If you're a procrastinator like I am, when you've got a handful of decks that you haven't hung up/displayed yet (however you have your collection set up for viewing), the more you shuffle, move, fiddle with the stack, and just generally keep it moving around in your designated skateboard area, the less likely any new addition will appear to be out of place to the lady, unless she's keeping mental tabs on everything, in which case you're going to be screwed eventually no matter how well you hide stuff...
Although I must admit that I have been busted out breaking down a new complete when I thought she'd be out a little longer...

I've got a better idea. Whenever you get a new deck you should wrap it in bubble wrap and pack it in cardboard, when you get this done, put my address on it and pay for the post and drop it in the mail. I promise she'll never see them!!!!!
