He was approved for parole a couple days ago. Last time he was approved for parole, Gov. Newsome overturned the decision. I think most folks are hoping that he does the same this time around.
My two cents: that dude should die in prison.

Mixed feelings...he was a kid, fucked up, and has done a lifetime already.
I'm of the mindset that he should have been sentenced to death when he committed the crime. But now? I'm tired of paying taxes to keep him there, and honestly Newsome can fuck off regardless of his decision. |

He was very close to Mofo for a time prior to that happening. Mo visited him in jail after he admitted his alleged crime. He whispered to Mo as they took him away, "I didn't do it".
Not sure I'd want to take his life. I would really like to see the investigation of the religious kook who took Gator under his wing... if there is one. |

I wouldn't take his life, in terms of execution. I'd simply let him live it out behind bars.
Or is that what you were referring to? |
