Did a little video tour of the new park built by (I think) 5th Pockets Skateparks. Nice street and bowl section!

I'd be rather disappointed if that was in my neighborhood—cookie cutter crap, focused more on street, too shallow and can you even call the bowl a bowl?
Hate when the skatepark designer/builders do crap like this. |

hahah I feel ya on that. Street is heavily dominant of a style in NJ. We have under 5 bowls in the whole state that reach vert. I can really only think of 2 honestly lol. Bring back the big shit |

Sounds a lot like NewLine up here. Funny thing is they had some great pool riders working for them that have great park building skills but the cookie cutter aspect of their design department must have them just not caring anymore. |

Looks good to me. Great for learning.
I don’t understand all the hate. Not everyone can ride vert. There is a vert bowl in Toronto and I never will ride it. Not for me.
Glad more skateparks are being built. |

Its definitely a nice one compared to what we have been dealing with here in south NJ. I do understand its very small of a park and some bigger ramps would be great for more advanced people, but I'm still super grateful to be moving away from the prefab ramps |
