Hey guys,

Just had a quick question re: C&D decks. I occasionally see them popping up on Ebay however every time they do they seem to be an AP. Is it likely that people are doing repro's and numbering them as an AP so that they don't get caught out by someone with the real number, or were there just that many AP's produced? Cheers.

The general consensus is that C&D flooded ebay with APs after the initial sale of the numbered "limited" decks.

I remember at least one occasion where two people got the same numbered deck from the "limited" release.

They're solid decks to ride though.

Thanks mate, was gonna try an grab one but didn't want to get ripped. Makes sense if they wanted to make a little extra money without ruining the exclusivity of the deck.

That's crazy. I'd still buy one for the artwork if they're legit but the money people are paying seems to be a bit excessive.

The seller’s name says it all...he’s always got one more to sell.

I’m thinking that it’s a bad time to get into collecting.

They are sold out of Hot Rod in LA and they have made well more than the limited 100 out of 100.....

You can email and purchase them directly- they also still have several of the other C&D releases available as "AP" decks. They realized they had a cash cow and no one was doing anything to stop them so they just kept making more....

The Barnyards and second round of Alice decks are spot on- some of their older ones not so much
