I've been buying a few reissues and setting them up with reissued wheels, rails (& even a tail bone on one). The only wheels I ever really bought back in the day were Powell Peralta and Slime Balls. I'm not really familiar with the DT K-9 wheels but I'm trying to set up a Red Dog reissue and the K-9's would look pretty sweet on it. Does anyone know the approximate year that these were first produced? I really don't remember seeing them around but I know they existed. |

ive never had any before and just picked up some of the cruiser wheels version. i vaguely remember them...maybe around 86 to 89.
i could be wrong, my memory is getting bad.
in the past ive rolled on slimballs and bones exclusively with the exception of 1 set of spitfire 50mm for when i built my first popsicle setup. |
