Ben Schroeder gas pump in the right color
(maybe natural, maybe black/grey stain...)
Last of the Lucero, first of the Black Labels... probably either one
Or a Knox Ghoul in dark blue stain... |

A dude a block down from me has my dad's old Powell Peralta Ray Bones "Beamer." It's beat to hell, been left out in the rain, generally trashed, and every time we've tried to buy it he turns our the offers down. Back in the day my dad traded him the Ray Bones for a DT Jim Muir. My dad still has the Muir, I'd like to get the Ray Bones to surprise my dad with! |

crazy...i didnt know that even existed.
when i saw your post, i wondered if it had anything to do with the old nes game from back-in-the-day. looks like they came in several colors.
which did you have?
This is it. I remember buying it mail order out of the back of a BMX Action magazine. I think that's a Skates on Haight sticker at the bottom, so maybe thats where I ordered it from. Ventures and Kryponic CSIs. |

I've been hunting a NOS (or close to NOS) green stain + yellow and black '88 Vision Jinx Bat for over a decade.
Only one I've found close is in Dick & Betty's collection (but not for sale)

Birdhouse Projects Willy Santos train is the last "grail" I have left on the list I made out years ago. There are a few others I'm after still, but it's the main one. |
