Lately I've been trying to check out the album cuts from people like Squeeze, Buzzcocks etc and 2nd tier "junkshop" glam acts. May even give Sparks & Roxy Music another chance (that will be tough!)
Also taking a look at Marshall Crenshaw & Dwight Tilley for the first time this week.
How about you guys?
Checking out anything you skipped entirely or just never got further than the singles? |

Being from California, the only good music late 80's-90's was from here.
I'm older now.
Stiff Little Fingers are a fun band......
Talented musicians and great punk pop lyrics that wormhole your mind.
And although they aren't hardcore enough for ya-
the early J Geils band were a solid bunch of blues guys before they went mainstream radio. |

Geez these guys are terrible. They're usually labeled "Power Pop" but in a Tom Petty way. So I was hopeful. |
