Bought this board around 1993. Anyone seen it before? Cant find any other examples of it...

It's in rough shape but i haven't seen one before. This is from the era when Plan B was doing one run of some graphics and moving on to the next.
I'm not even going to guess on the value. The condition hurts it big time but it is rare. It's a decent place holder for a Mullen collector.
