Is this a legitimate Cabellero deck?

Is this a legit vintage Powell Peralta Cab?
I'm unsure on this one due to shape, lack of wheel wells and the Caballero word is a bit off center, too far right maybe.

Thoughts?

Thanks all. It's very likely a reissue. Seller just admitted it may be despite the guy he bought it from saying he got it 29 years ago.

Looks legit, as in a '90s-early 2000s Powell legit. If it's cheap, go for it. Probably less of these for sale than '80s Cab decks.
