We've seen this kind of thing before but this one is a little different as the deck is aluminium!

Deck by Skateboard by Aluminati Skateboards (dig the play on the company name).

Cheap ass trucks and wheels so they can sell it at a price point is understandable, but cheapens it too—not something a brand should want to do.

Routed grabs?!

Interesting.

I agree that they shouldn't put the cheaper wheels and trucks on it.

The routes look like those of the old Santa Cruz DP decks—that always gets my attention.

Looks like a good pool shape too, but aluminum? I don't think so. Might make a good street cruiser.

These are now in guitar shops in NY, LA and Nashville (that I know of, could be many more).

Bet you are going to see these at all the outdoor rock, metal, punk fests this summer being used by both bands and crew like the scooter thing when it hit.
