Spreading a name and getting clients

Hey, I've been working as an illustrator and graphic designer for a while now but never gotten the chance to get my work into the skateboarding scene, I recently did a board for a mate and I varnish and sealed it so I got a good grasp on making a board durable.
I'll attach a photo of it, maybe you guys could give me a hand getting my foot in the door to create more.
