PM's sitting in outbox

Anyone else have this issue with message replies not delivering? Fixes? Thanks.

Outbox = waiting for recipient to open your message.

Sentbox = recipient has opened and received you message.

PMs in the outbox are just copies of the exact same message that was sent to the intended user. It sits in the users inbox until they log into their messages. Once the person you have PM'd has logged into his PMs, the copy in your outbox moves to your sent box.

Sometimes the copy in your outbox can stuck due to the database server rebooting. If no reply in a reasonable amount of time and you know the member has logged in, then resend the message.
