I picked up a Roskopp face deck that is light brown with dangling yellow teeth and sweat and has daylong pink tongue and blood. I don’t recall ever seeing this colorway back in the day. Does anyone know what year that color was available? I’ve seen the white and blacktop with those colors but never the brown. I can post pics this evening. Thanks

Sorry I was beginning to wonder if there were any other people on this site... I’ll try to post using phone later.

You’re talking about a board with one of the longest production runs of any skateboard graphic. Might be THE longest in fact. I’ve seen sooo many different color ways of the face.
I had a sweet white dip face where the sweat and teeth were double screened slightly ajar first with yellow, then orange. Then a typical black overlay. It was weird looking. If it’s the brown you’re worried about, it could be another color and faded to that? I’ve seen some stains fade to really odd colors (green to brown).

Looks like a natural that darkened over time.

I think I’m going to peek under a rail to find out.

Great deck you have there - its a 1st run natural wood face from 1986-1987, I have exactly the same one as you can see but yes the natural finish does brown off over the years. You don't often see this colour combo as clean as the one you have.

Thanks for the info! I’ve always wanted an original face deck. As a teenager every time I went to get a new deck they were sold out of this one. It took me 30 years but finally got one.
