it was the summer of 44. 6th of june from memory. jerry was dug in along the normandy coast, and our boys were gearing up for a summer offensive. the brass called it operation neptune. jerry knew something was coming. but boy was he sure surprised when 24,000 Powell Peralta Steve Caballero Dragon II Spoon Nose Skateboard Deck - 10 x 29.75 dropped from the sky.
yep. that deck changed the course of the war, it did. |

Likely early 2004-ish due to the natural edges. From memory it took a couple of years until they mastered the dip+heat transfer combined technique to get colored edges.
Just email Kam / SkateOne customer support though or look for and go through their old news letters/product catalogs from this time frame. |
