Wow...this is awesome!  Noiiice, I remember seeing the first one like it was yesterday. It's insane how twenty years flew by! I'm glad Danny Boyle has his hands in this. That dude has the Midas touch. I love everything he does, and put him in the same directing class with Quentin Tarantino. I hope this one is genuine. It would be easy to tarnish the legacy with a shitty sequel...it's been known to happen once or twenty times. I am looking forward to checking it out, and I don't remember the last time I was excited about seeing a new movie. A lot of garbage in theaters for too long now. Although it will be nice to catch up with the characters and see how they resolve Rent's betrayal; it in no conceivable way can top the original movie! |

Finally watched it, my lame town didn't show it in the theatre.
Thought it had it moments. My expectations are always really high on sequels. |
