Sorry if this topic has been covered. I've been off the forum for about 4 years, and just trying to catch up.
Anyone know the story behind these? Did I miss a Blind reissue somewhere? At first I thought they were handboards but they are not.

Holy hell... I have no clue, but I feel like I would have seen these, had they had an actual release... |

most likely they are cliche reissues judging from the resin 7 mark. |

They weren't mass produced that I recall. |

I seem to recall some of these randomly appearing not long after the Ronnie Creager "American Icons" reissue - someone in the production line was able to put some of the spoof graphics on that shape.
I could be wrong, though.
They were not mass produced. |

^^^ I remember those. The proportion was off. Smaller graphics on that icons retro shape.
These look different.
Maybe they never went into production, and these are prototypes. |

Here are some more pics. These were on ebay, but apparently according to the seller's feedback, the seller backed out of the deal and "gave them to his brother". These graphics seem like the correct size to me. Hmmm. Interesting.

yep. those were different to these ones here. a few decks screened onto the creager reissue. all were on the same shape (creager), which was slightly off from the OGs anyway.
that was well before resin-7.
based on that burn stamp on the topside, these look pretty recent.
im thinking they are reissues that have slipped into circulation before they are officially released/announced. promo/demo stock perhaps? |
