Just ripped off the shrink of my Hawk 'Chicken Skull'.
Now I see ther are a few minor stress cracks....
Very thin lines true the skull.
Of course they are not going away, but are they getting bigger/worser?
Can the paint chip off?
Damn....[/img] |

Depends how/where you will store / display it.
If you're going to hang it above the radiator it's going to get worse, high temperature variantions can also cause stress cracks, as well as dry air.
My decks hang in a room, radiators always off , humidity mostly around 40 - 50% and never had issue's with warping nor stress crakcs.
Also bought a Hawk once with stress cracks and is hanging for years now. Didn't get any worse....
Just be a bit carefull were you hang it and you will have no issue's.
Are you talking about a re-issue or og by the way..... ? That's also a huge difference. |
