Hi guys
any of you tried to make payments today?
i m trying to make a payment and i get this message all the time... is something wrong with my account or is it a general paypal problem?
message i get
We can’t send your payment at the moment. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.

Reboot and re-try. If then it doesn't work, its paypal.

i tried from my phone, my iPad and my laptop. i am getting the same message all the time... maybe it is paypal...
