How do you longboard?

Try the LONGBOARD forum.

And longboarding is no different than skateboarding other than the wider stance.

I am still looking for my 'ideal terrain' Traffic is bad just about everywhere here. There are some great hills here, too, so it's a shame. Side streets are a good option I suppose, and there is so much good asphalt going to waste in mega mall parking lots that seems good too. All that being said, I tool around just on our street. If I want to go fast I find an abandoned stretch of asphalt somewhere. I just have a phobia of cars...

I like to ride mine in parks. Vert feels better on a big stick. Tried mine out at Laguna Niguel on Sat. and Sun. (got to meet Jahtooth too, cool cat!). I really don't see myself going back to a shortboard. Longboards just feel right.
