Just saw a screening of this. It's good. Pretty much a thorough history of the descendents and all with a lot of emphasis on Bill Stevenson.

| i went to a screening in SF that had a Q&A afterwards with the director... basically, they are having some trouble securing all the licensing rights for the films content, and therefore are not legally allowed to release it commercially yet. that is why they have only done select screenings that are either free with some kind of email lottery to get a ticket or they will charge admission and donate all the proceeds to a non-profit group. it was such a bummer because i got to see this amazing film and was instantly pumped on buying a copy, only to learn minutes later that the actual release of this film is still very much unknown. |
