can some one tell me exactly how this works? is there a contract that needs to be signed by the rider? how does her earn the money? like everytime a board sells he gets five bucks or somthing? can someone please inform me as to how this works |

Im going to guess at this but I believe they get paid a percentage of their board sales, paid for coverage such as video, magazine, and other things like that. They get paid for demos and tours and all that good stuff. I can't imagine it being a really good living unless your major. Worldwide boardsales could be potetially a lot of money weekly/monthly. Not $5 a board no way, maybe 10% at most.
As for local companies doing a signature model, its not worth it unless they are big time local. And even then they shouldn't be paid, small companies can barely afford to even give decks to thier skaters when they need it. |

standard is $2/board. Used to be $1/board.
