Gold Cup has re-created Lance's original first pro model from Variflex back in 1981, including the Yorkite top and bottom layers and the decal on the tail.

These boards were hand screen printed top and bottom with good old fashioned lacquer ink. Stickers printed by hand too. There are two colorways of the graphic coming to you.

The boards are drilled for the old hole pattern trucks only and have the original die cut griptape templates up on top. Each board comes bagged up with a double sided hang tag explaining Lance's story with a classic photo of him riding his original model in a contest back in 1981.

These boards are extremely limited. There might not be a second run of these, due to the long lead times and the work involved in making them.

Only 150 made...

Frank - Do these have the Boulder type skin on them or just black ink/paint?

They have the yorkite top and bottom just like the og ones and you can email me at [email protected] for the hook up. Other shops will get them as well and I still have plenty to reserve for some folks. I am hoping to get 10 of each color and I have reserved 4 so far. I am offline for the night but email me and I will get back to everyone in the morning.

These are so rad. Not my cup of tea as far as what I'm looking to collect, but for that price and that level of detail I'm tempted. Why can't more stuff get reissued with this level of detail and at a decent price? Its obviously possible.
