awesome recipe............

before you bake your chicken parts.

soak them in milk.......

partially fill a gallon size ziplock with cap'n crunch cereal.
gently smash that shit up inside the bag.

open bag, insert milky chicken parts, shake them around in the crushed up cereal.

throw them in the oven.

that cap'n crunch cereal (breading) gets all caramelized and tastes so good.

try it, you'll like it....
