Have some mushroom and garlic mash leftover from yesterday's eats. Have a cheese pizza in the freezer, think I'll spread the mash on it and some more cheeze and stick it in the oven later. Seems like a good idea. |

You may want to cook the pizza first, heat up the potatoes, and then put the potatoes on top to brown in the oven w/the cheese. That way everything will be cooked correctly and you won't burn the potatoes and have the pizza still be frozen. |

Got some flatbread at room temperature and added the spuds, in the oven now while I check the forums for NOS Sheckler balls.
I blame the famine. |

Turned out great.
Just got the mash up to room temperature, spread it on the flatbread and added some cheese before it hit the oven.
Talking of potato sarnies, when I make roast potatoes I always cook a few more for the next day. Nuke em in the microwave and add to white bread (none of this healthy shit for a potato sandwich) and plenty of mayo and salt/black pepper. Add a slice of burger cheese if you have it.
The supermarket beside me sells cans of potatos for 17p (35cents?). Might see what ghetto meals I can make with them. |

I want to try a tater sarnie with some strips of bacon in there. Hot damn! |
