Since I lost all my original raw unedited pictures in a hard drive crash I have to seek out certain boards to reshoot photos. This deck came back after 5 years. It's the original WWII pinup. The goal was to make this for mass consumption but production problems and just trying to figure out 5 years was an uphill climb.
Originally that bomb shaped longboard that became the Black Anti Magnetic pinup #1 and #2 of 5 years back.
Previously the board was mostly blank, no bombing run makers(the yellow bomb silhouettes) or a name. I drilled out the old button fasteners and added a larger exact fitting drilled perfection. No easy task. I painted in additional details
In fact the whole original art was designed for this WWII prototype and there was only to be one. The Black Magnetic Pinup released years ago was a compromise, still the BMP looks cool but this was the original intent. Just that it never really worked consistently besides this deck or it's sister deck The Bad Wolf Longboard Pinup.
The inspiration.
Five years ago in process and it was one amongst many boards that many were just trashed due to various issues. This one survived it's torture test.
Drilling out smaller sized fasteners.
The board sans old fasteners.
Board nearly fixed.
You'll notice that the metal effect is very reflective, it's actual ground up finely sifted aluminum antimony.

| I actually modified the board for the customer and he came to pick it up after I took pictures and the dude feel in love with some old Flying Eye decks he wanted. So we traded. |
