freestyle united pete took the am section.
bill dominated the masters and 360 spin-off (22).

Great meeting you, JT. I will try to get healthy for next year, and see you there. Also - your runs were really good. Personally, I would have place you higher.

For those of you who like to do freestyle, or even dabble in it, the Philly contest is a great event. People enter on street boards, longboards, in addition to the typical freestyle board. The contest organizer, AJ Kohn, does a solid job of getting things set up, it's all legal and in a really good spot. The local in Philly are really very cool. This was my first time there, and I can't say enough how welcome they made everyone feel.

it was great to meet so many guys. a big thanks to aj for putting on the show and even bigger thanks terry, dave, alan, bill, and you bob for putting up with the "new" guy for the weekend.

yo-yo, you were so right about that surface. really made it a challenge to find a "safe" area to work in without the board sliding out and having to go chase after it... (i'm sure my fall and chase screen will make the highlights video

i look forward to next year and hope to do better than last place.

Seriously - you should have been ahead of me in the finishing. My co-conspirator at Small School, Jeremy Elder, says they didn't put me in last because I'm so damned sexy. You had some really good tricks. I was stoked to meet you and skate with you.

don't know how i got a double post on here... hate when i double up.

nah, you had me beat with how smooth you were moving that big tree around the court. now if you add some of those flippy tricks on it next year, that will be a sight to see.

Yoyo - by the way - I have looked for those pics from our skate session. I think they are on Toni's computer, and I'll have her look. She may have burned them to a disk too.

There are 3 of them on this page. Really, I think the still photos didn't turn out that well.
