Ive been in the hardcore "scene" for a little over 17 years and there are only a hand full of bands Id either want to see for the first time or see again.
Im not totally sold on the new Boy Sets Fire stuff. I didnt like them much after "...the day the sun went out" Blacklisted Id see again for sure, BANE will always put on a good show no matter what! Ive seen 7-8 times and Im never disappointed. Id see Defeater, Nails and Judge just to say I did, but I was never a big fan. Code Orange Kids would probly be the only band Id want to see on that Sunday.

Im picky.
I agree with you on the Boy Sets Fire. I saw them a year ago at The Note in West Chester with All Else Failed and A Life Once Lost and they were "meh". Defeater puts on an awesome show. Nails is pretty gnarly live also. Judge is an event you have to see live also. It should be fun. Ive gone to shows that I wasnt really into then left having a great time and glad I went. Sometimes it feels good to show up and be part of the scene again. |

| yea I know what you mean. Generally going to shows that blow me away restores my faith in hardcore and takes me back to why and how I got into the whole thing. |
