Still too cold to deal with BBQing. So I hit up Holy Smoke. Fuck me that was good. Beef Brisket sandwich with a fantastic garlic pickle, awesome coleslaw and house sauce with a side of slow cooked brown beans, couple of smoked pork ribs, corn bread and a tall glass bottle of The Pop Shoppe rootbear. I may drop into a coma. |
