I keep bending kingpins on my Indy 109s and ace 11s .. Does anyone know of better replacement kingpins than the standard factory replacements.. Basically all my trucks get bent up as soon as I pogo enough and loose balence, then the board pulls one way or the other.. I thought ace and Indy used the best stage 11 or whatever rating metal is hardest .. Also I'm like 160 pounds so it's not like my trucks can't handle my weight

Theeve Trucks offer replacement titanium kingpins. Should fit in Indy and Ace

Are you sure that the kingpins bend?
I really doubt that.
I am like 200 lbs and ride really tight trucks and rarely break a kingpin.
I am riding Tracker Fultracks with a Thunder replacement kingpin, the ones with the button head.
Maybe your bushings are too soft, that the trucks don't return to center.
I am riding a Venom 97A bottom bushing and a clear extra hard Tracker top bushing (from the 90's, they don't make them anylonger), works very well.

I'm using the extra hard purple khiro double inserts in the Indys and the 98a doh Dohs in the aces and have them fairly tight.. And I'm not sure if it is bent king pins but both boards pull the same direction when I put the truck I pogo on most often in the back of the board and push...

Kingpins rarely bend. They tend to break.

Sounds like the bushings are flattened on one side and when you pogo the truck flexes causing the bushing to twist to the side making the hanger lean to the side that the bushings are now facing.

Try marking the bushing with a felt marker when the trucks are still going able to track straight. Then pogo your heart out and see if the mark on the bushings is still facing the same direction after your done .

Yep bushings are flattened on one side.. It's actually the khiro insert had a blow out on that side and I remebe when I put these bushings in I put the logo facing the side and now it's rotated to almost be facing the tail.. So I guess that's my problem is there any easy fix to prevent this.. All witters decomposed and khiro gear I've got is usually good but I'm kinda nit liking the double insert bushings.. I think just go with the top bushing only insert with a bushing cap over that even
