There is a soup I used to eat every day when I lived in Korea 12 years ago called hae jang guk ( hangover soup). I drank a lot back then. Well last night I polished off about 8 dollars worth of beer (12 bottles) and I'm feeling it today. This soup is as good as I remember. Just the right spice and big ribs of the tenderest pork ever. There is an option for congealed blood which I used to go but not today
