That looks killer. A really good vinegar sauce is what I like. Most cats will tell you pulled pork cooked and smoked right needs no sauce. I like it either way. I wish I had never tried it....so I could try it again for the first time! Good luck. Sounds it will be some good que. |

i absolutely love the stuff.
its just as good as it looks!
they dont make it /sell it here either!
Remember when i had some at a place near nashville called the 'loveless cafe'
it was mindblowing. the waitress came over to see if how we were doing and i had tears in my eyes and told her 'this....is the fucking nicest thing i have ever ever eaten in my life apart from my wife'
i think she took it as a compliment! |

low country style BBQ with coleslaw and Texas Pete hot sauce on a roll is awesome, but the very best BBQ (and fixins), IMO, is Arthur Bryants in Kansas City (the original location... I think they have an airport locale) |

North Carolina style with some extra vin, slaw in top, hush puppies on the side.
Drooling
There's a place in Williamsburg Va called Pierces Pit pretty stellar for a road side joint. |

I live in central NC....claimed bar-b-que capital of the world. Amazing the difference between pork cooked entirely with wood (traditional) vs being cooked in an oven and finished over wood.
NC pit-cooked fo' lyfe! |
