Just finished Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance last night.
Interesting book. I think the term he uses, "Quality", is kind of a poor choice of word for the concept he is trying to convey. Still, a fascinating book. Will probably read it again next year and make some notes. There were some things that came to mind while reading it I'd like to further explore.
