MAN OH MAN!!! This is Truly AWESOME!!! Seeing everyone's shots from back in the day.... such a trip down memory lane... and all u guys were RIPPERS!!! Keep postin em guys! I am FULL OF STOKE FROM ALL THESE!!!
I know this is not a skating shot but man... it brought some memories back... it was for my school 1986, It was like a theme thingy... I was the skater, the girl's the scholar... black and white... LOL!!! Boy was I skinny and look at my arm.. musta been double jointed! LOL!!!
Anyways... Me sportin my Hosoi shirt I got from him & Ivan at the parking lot at Upland in 85 at the Rage at Badlands contest(Variflex contest) when his Hammerheads first came out BEFORE the SC or Skull Skates versions and I got 2 from him and 2 shirts, the one I'm wearing and a black one... it was my fave shirt... and me with the full size Hammerhead SC edition with Indy Stage 3's and OJII's~ Mind u this shot was taken in 86 thus he later Hosoi Hammerhead and not the OG one~ Yeah I had ALOT of Hosois... Multiples of each and every model....and they all busted, as the jump ramp scene was getting BIG back then And yeah yeah u can make fun of the hair... I have a fro what can I do... LOL!!!
And when I was diggin for that pic above I found these... man oh man... Bones Brigade Future Primitive in BETA and with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT!!! haha!!! I used my Christmas money as you can see by the date of the purchase.. got it from Gremic Skates when they moved from Los Gatos to HB but they still used their old receipts~~~ And also the Del Mar Spring Fling video again in BETA! LOL!!!
Man so many memories!!!

Once again not a skate shot but... totally of the times.. 1984...all the way to the left in the front... LOL!!! I was sponsored by Vans but not for skating... lol! Amongst skating and surfing I had another hobby.. ha! Used to breakdance with Lester Kasai too... Yeah Yeah u guys can bag on me now... And yes they had breakdancing shoes! LOL!!!
Sorry for the derail guys... alright back to GNARLY sk8 shots! Keepem comin!
