After today we have about 4 or 5 days left. I am lucky enough to work on this baby so I will be skating it first. The crew who is in charge of the build is a BMX ramp/park building gang and they do excellent work. The Architect and Engineers fucked up the design so there is a meter less platform on one side (still 2 meters wide) and they left 2.3 meters off the width of the ramp but it is still a monster.
The plan is to attract a few more tour stops during the summer months and believe me, it will draw them like bees to honey.
Come skate when you get a chance..
This is when we called it a day...

Love those tapered ends. I was going to say they needed closed in for a HUGE capsule, but I guess the grommets need a way off the ramp. |

All that is left now is finishing the roll-in and the stairs and then screwing down the decks. The handrail guys come in a week and then it will be open to the public. |
