The downhill is before my time (skateboarding), I believe its from the late 70s and I'm unsure as to if the Gullwing Pros and Sims street wheels were around at that time.

'82-'83 (possibly '84)

Those trucks/wheels were available then, but not what Roger Hickey would've ridden.

He always rode 169s (Stage I or II), and I can't remember what wheels (Road Riders?)

One of my first memories about skateboarding was sitting in class flipping through a 1998 CCS catalog. I was able to pore over a .pdf of the same catalog when that former SnB'er, Rob somethingorother, published a bunch of scans from CCS. While the Flip pictured below is a more modern P2 deck, the graphic, trucks, wheels, and bearings were all advertised in that same catalog:

That is, Stage 8 Indys, Spitfire Classics (with the swirly logo on the side), and Flip HKD bearings. The only anachronisms are small things; the deck being P2 construction, the Mob griptape, and the hardware.
