if you're THAT concerned about temperature changes, then you shouldn't have your decks flewn to your place. I'm pretty sure the packages are not getting any kind of heating during the flight, and are probably exposed to temperatures of -20C°-something. whether it's summer or winter. and for a couple of hours at least.

unless you're buying a first-class ticket for the deck...

No need to have anything "flewn" when u live on the same continent, believe-it-or-not its actually cheaper

Haven't ever had a deck warp from hanging but I did have one straighten itself.

I'm sure its been said already but it has everything to do with temp and humidity swings and nothing to do with being hung with string.

I've always thought that there should be some standard that designates how much twist is acceptable for a deck to still be considered mint. 5 degrees? At what point does it matter ? The fact that any decks from the 80s are straight is a minor miracle as it is. We're at 30 years now for the stuff that came out in the beginning of the 80s boom. Damn I'm getting old...

Interesting thread here. I'm a newby in collecting so I already read some interesting stuff here.
Anyway I also hang everything on my wall. Should be a shame to spend all the money to put that stuff in a box.
Only during the winter when humidity is a bit higher in the garage I take everything inside the house in a room where temp. and humidity are constant.
