baby octopus salad....and mince. Mince is the common common folks dish...and so underrated as is most peaseant food.

Mini pigs in blankets....

Just buy a pack of Hillshire Farm lil smokies and a loaf of fresh bread.

Slice each piece of bread into three strips, roll up a lil smokie, and bake until goleden brown.

I'm in for salmon throwdown as well - I grew up catching and cooking...out from the water, to the fire...growing up in Seattle had very few perks but salmon was one. Wild salmon needs nothing but fire.

And smoked salmon is my favorite - Beau hit up Caveman BBQ in Kent? Their regular BBQ may not be top tier, but the fact they do salmon very good sets them apart. Many changes at that place, but I grew up up the road, with the original old drunk dude serving straight off the pit.
