Anyone into local liquor?

I recently founds this local distillery in the oldest part of town that still produce their spirits like they have done since 1782..

A dying breed i guess being it the last distillery in town.
A must-do if you visit Amsterdam is trying the famous parrotsoup or Hansje in the cellar..
Hansje was poured in a special silver cup, when they wanted to announce a pregnancy.
The cup contained a little puppet, which started floating when pourring the liquor.
wtf.
I recently bought a bottle of Ciguena Carta 1975 very old superior rhum at Van Wees and now theres no way back.. my pallet ruined forever. the best i ever had.
So next time you want to spend some cash on the better things in life give them a try.
