how thick is the mold? mine are probably about 8 inches at the bends for the nose and tail and haven't had any trouble after four years and at least 200 presses. |

are you putting rebar in too? 10.5 seems plenty thick. mine have small airpockects on the surfaces, I use 1/8 mdf as a clampling cual. yea pictures might help determine what is causing them to crack |

Concrete on its own is very brittle.
Even with fiber reinforcement you might need some re-bar in there too.
Just a few pieces should do the trick. |
