concrete mold keeps cracking, why?

how thick is the mold? mine are probably about 8 inches at the bends for the nose and tail and haven't had any trouble after four years and at least 200 presses.

are you putting rebar in too? 10.5 seems plenty thick. mine have small airpockects on the surfaces, I use 1/8 mdf as a clampling cual. yea pictures might help determine what is causing them to crack

Concrete on its own is very brittle.

Even with fiber reinforcement you might need some re-bar in there too.

Just a few pieces should do the trick.
